  • "NFT" refers to a non-fungible token, a unique digital asset stored on a blockchain.
  • "Collection" refers to a group of NFTs created or managed through our platform.
  • "Content" refers to all text, images, data, information, and other materials that may be available on or through the Service.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you may need to connect a blockchain wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet and for all activities that occur using your wallet. You agree to:

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your wallet
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your wallet
  • Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Remint and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

When you create NFTs or collections through our Service, you retain the rights to your original content within the bounds of our platform's capabilities and these Terms.

5. User Content

Users may create, upload, and generate content through our Service. By submitting content to Remint, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content that you submit
  • You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each identifiable individual person in your content to use their name or likeness
  • Your content is not illegal or unauthorized and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Creating NFTs that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of the Service
  • Generating NFTs that contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, or otherwise offensive content
  • Using the Service to generate content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence

7. Fees and Payments

The Service may charge fees for certain features or actions. All fees are denominated in USD but may be paid in cryptocurrency. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is processed on the blockchain.

Users are responsible for all gas fees and other blockchain transaction costs associated with using our Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. REMINT AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Remint does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REMINT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law
